Bupa’s standard application terms and conditions will also apply with respect to any applications for an ORA entered in connection with this Promotion.

1. The Promoter is Bupa Retirement Villages Limited (Bupa) of Level 2, 109 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket 1023.
2. The Promotion is available to all new prospective residents entering an application for an ORA for a villa or apartment (as applicable) (Independent Living Home) at Bupa’s Wattle Downs, Erin Park, Remuera, Sunset, Glenburn, Hugh Green, Northhaven or St Kilda Retirement Village (Participating Villages) during the Promotional Period (as defined below).
3. A resident will not be considered as a “new prospective resident” if they have:

• previously resided in one of Bupa’s retirement villages; or
• a current application for an Independent Living Home at one of the Participating Villages as at the Launch Date (as defined below) of the Promotion.

4. New prospective residents eligible under these terms will be entitled to:
   1. receive a one-off payment of NZD$20,000 from Bupa (Cashback); and
   2. free Village Fees (fixed or variable) for the first 12 months of the term of the ORA (together referred to as the Rewards).

5. The Promotion commences on 1 December 2025 (the Launch Date) and ends on 31 March 2026 (the Promotional Period).
6. For a new prospective resident to receive the Rewards, they must:
   1. return a completed and signed ORA Application Form for an Independent Living Home at a Participating Village within the Promotional Period;
   2. enter into an ORA for an Independent Living Home at a Participating Village (without cancellation during the 90-day money back guarantee period); and
   3. full settlement of the ORA (i.e., the Entry Payment paid in full) must occur on or before 30 June 2026 (Eligible Settlement).

7. Subject to these terms, the Cashback will be paid to the new prospective resident’s nominated bank account on or around the 20^th of the month following the expiry of the 90 day money back guarantee period under clause 8.3 of the ORA, and provided the ORA has not been cancelled or otherwise terminated.
8. Subject to these terms, the Village Fee will be payable by the new prospective resident from the date that is 12 months after the commencement date of the ORA and will be charged in accordance with the ORA. Where fixed Village Fee has been chosen, the Village Fee will be charged at the rate set out in the ORA. Where variable Village Fee has been chosen, the Village Fee may be charged at such increased rate in accordance with clause 4.1(b) of the ORA (if applicable).
9. For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion does not apply to an application or settlement for a Care Suite ORA within a Participating Village.
10. Ony one Cashback will be given per Eligible Settlement. If the Eligible Settlement relates to two new residents with joint entry into an ORA for one Independent Living Home at a Participating Village, only one Cashback will be given.
11. The Rewards are not transferable.
12. This Promotion cannot be used or combined in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or offers.
13. Bupa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or extend, suspend or cancel this Promotion at any time without giving reasons. However, Bupa will honour the terms and conditions in respect of residents who have become eligible under the terms before any such amendment or cancellation by Bupa.

14. the new prospective resident is eligible under the terms and conditions of the “No services fees. For single occupancy” promotion.
15. Except as specified in clause 12 above, this Promotion cannot be used or combined in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or offers.
