Bupa Glenburn Retirement Village is a boutique-style village, conveniently located next to a bus stop and just up the road from LynnMall and the New Lynn train station.

Our residents tell us they love the independence and security Glenburn offers, with everything they need right at their doorstep.

We have three community lounges that serve as social hubs, a well-stocked library, pool table, hair salon, gym, and indoor bowls area. We also like to keep the social calendar filled with regular outings, movies, visits from entertainers, and plenty more.

Village life can be fun and active or quiet and relaxing – it's totally up to you. Our range of activities and entertainment events offer the chance to mingle with like-minded people. Events can include resident barbeques, games afternoons, happy hours, knitting group and much more.

Complimentary hot soup in the wintertime, flat whites and hot chocolate on demand and a warm, cosy home with little maintenance are all moments to savour for Bupa residents Randall and Jeanette.

“It’s the little things,” says Randall. “They really spoil us here – it’s such a safe environment and we’re so well looked after.” Married for 65 years, the couple are headed upstairs to fill up a jug of homemade tomato soup compliments of the kitchen, before enjoying a warming winter lunch back at their apartment.
