Located on the North Shore, Beachhaven is just a fifteen minute drive from the Auckland CBD.
We’ve been part of the Beach Haven community for over 40 years and are well known for providing a homely and friendly environment. Beachhaven has been awarded "Bupa Care Home of the Year" three times for its excellence in providing care.
Our large, sunny lounges offer places for our residents to sit and relax in warm and comfortable areas. We have outdoor decks, where on a nice day, our residents can sit amongst the plants and have a chat. Our top deck has panoramic views that lookout to the estuary. Sitting amongst the treetops with native birds chirping add to the overall feeling of peace and tranquility.
At Beachhaven we believe pets positively contribute to the wellbeing of our residents. That’s why we have a lovely aquarium with various species of fish in our communal lounge. In our other lounge we have an aviary with Parakeets and Cockatiels. Our birds provide great entertainment with their funny antics and delightful chirping, while the fish create a calm, relaxing atmosphere for our residents.
Shops are located nearby and the surrounding area offers cafes and small eateries that offer opportunities to dine out should our residents wish to go out for lunch with friends and family.
