General Terms & Conditions: No Service Fees

Bupa’s standard application terms and conditions apply.

Residents eligible under these terms will pay no Service Fees for the “Five Day Meal Service Base Package” for single occupancy. The Five Day Meal Service Base Package includes weekly housekeeping, weekly linen laundry and two meals each day (i.e. lunch and a light dinner) for five days per week for single occupancy. Additional Service Fees apply for election of the seven day meal service package and/or for double occupancy (“Offer”).

The promotion commences 01 April 2026 and ends on 16 September 2026 (the promotional period).
The Offer is only available to new prospective residents (or transferring residents from Liston Heights villas and apartments) entering an application for an occupation right agreement (ORA) for a Serviced Apartment at Bupa’s Liston Heights Retirement Village.
The Offer is not available to residents entering an ORA for a villa or an apartment or villa at Liston Heights Retirement Village.
To qualify for the Offer during your occupancy, full settlement of the ORA must occur on or prior to 30 September 2026.
This Offer is not transferable to any subsequent ORAs entered into by you pursuant to a transfer to another Bupa village. Offer only applies to qualifying residents continuing to reside in a Serviced Apartment at Liston Heights Retirement Village.
The free Services Fee relates only to the Five Day Meal Service Base Package. Any additional services requested by the resident which are not set out in Schedule 5 of the ORA and not covered under the Services Fee remain payable by the resident at Bupa’s standard rates. Village Fees are payable from commencement of occupation as set out in the ORA.
Offer is not exchangeable for cash or credit in relation to any unused services. There will be no refund, cash or credit payable where the services have permanently ceased to be provided in accordance with the ORA.
Bupa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or extend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without giving reasons. However, Bupa will honour the terms and conditions in respect of residents who have become eligible under the terms before any such amendment or cancellation by Bupa.
Offer is not transferable and not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount unless agreed by Bupa.

General Terms & Conditions: $10,000 Cash Back

These terms and conditions apply to Bupa’s $10,000 Cashback (the Promotion). You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions when you enter into the Promotion and/or apply for an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA) to enter into this Promotion.

Bupa’s standard application terms and conditions will also apply with respect to any applications for an ORA entered in connection with this Promotion.

The Promoter is Bupa Retirement Villages Limited (Bupa) of Level 2, 109 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket 1023.
The Promotion is available to all new prospective residents entering an application for an ORA for a serviced apartment at Bupa’s Liston Heights Retirement Village (Participating Village) during the Promotional Period (as defined below).
A resident will not be considered as a “new prospective resident” if they have:
previously resided in one of Bupa’s retirement villages; or
a current application for a serviced apartment at the Participating Village as at the Launch Date (as defined below) of the Promotion.
New prospective residents eligible under these terms will be entitled to receive a one-off payment of NZD$10,000 from Bupa (Cashback).
The Promotion commences on 25 May 2026 (the Launch Date) and ends on 16 September 2026 (the Promotional Period).
For a new prospective resident to receive the Cashback, they must:
return a completed and signed ORA Application Form for a serviced apartment at the Participating Village within the Promotional Period;
enter into an ORA for a serviced apartment at the Participating Village (without cancellation during the 90-day money back guarantee period); and
complete full settlement of the ORA (i.e. the Entry Payment paid in full) on or before 30 September 2026 (Eligible Settlement).
Subject to these terms, the Cashback will be paid to the new prospective resident’s nominated bank account on or around the 20^th of the month following the expiry of the 90 day money back guarantee period under clause 8.3 of the ORA and provided the ORA has not been cancelled or otherwise terminated.
Only one Cashback will be given per Eligible Settlement. If the Eligible Settlement relates to two new residents with joint entry into an ORA for one serviced apartment at the Participating Village, only one Cashback will be given.
The Cashback is not transferable.
This Promotion cannot be used or combined in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or offers unless agreed by Bupa.
