New development

We have an exciting new development underway with brand new one, two and three bedroom villas under construction.

The first stage of the new development is expected to open from October 2026, second stage from December 2026, and remaining villas expected to open throughout 2027.

We also have a wonderful new space expected to open late 2026, which will offer the perfect place for residents to enjoy leisure activities including a swimming pool, gym, indoor bowls and table tennis.
