To qualify for the free Village Fees for the first 12 months of the term of the ORA, settlement of the ORA must occur on or prior to 19 December 2025.
Offer not available to applicants who have previously applied for an ORA at any Bupa villages or current Bupa residents applying for transfers.
The Village Fee will be payable from the date that is 12 months after the commencement date of the ORA and will be charged at the fixed rate set out in the ORA.
