• Offer available to new prospective residents entering an application for an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA) at Bupa Sunset Retirement Village, Bupa Glenburn Retirement Village or Bupa Erin Park Retirement Village between 01 July – 31 August 2025. To qualify for the free Village Fees for the first 12 months of the term of the ORA, settlement of the ORA must occur on or prior to 28 November 2025.
• Offer is applicable to fixed or variable weekly fees.
• Offer not available to applicants who have previously applied for an ORA at any Bupa villages or current Bupa residents applying for transfers.
• The Village Fee will be payable from the date that is 12 months after the commencement date of the ORA and will be charged at the fixed rate set out in the ORA.
• Bupa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or extend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without giving reasons. However, Bupa will honour the terms and conditions in respect of residents who have become eligible under the terms before any such amendment or cancellation by Bupa.
