Welcome to Bupa Ashford Retirement Village in Prebbleton

Bupa Ashford Retirement Village in Prebbleton is a place to call home, offering you independence in a like-minded community.

Currently in the third stage of construction, our brand-new village offers a range of one, two, and three bedroom villas. There are 43 villas already built, and Stage Three features 21 new villas. When fully complete, the village is planned to have 99 villas and 16 serviced apartments.

There's a new village community centre with fantastic views of the Port Hills where you and your neighbours can catch up. Inside you’ll find an impressive kitchen for village morning teas and a BBQ area for entertaining. There’s a gym, pool table and a library area, giving you even more options to socialise.

Ideal for the active relaxer, Bupa Ashford Retirement Village is away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by great bike trails and walks while still being close enough to enjoy all that Christchurch city centre has to offer. Each single-level villa is warm and light with its own private garage giving you plenty of space to come home to.

Everybody purchasing a villa at Ashford Retirement Village will receive a membership at the new Hornby Club (membership is for the club’s financial year March – March) offering additional activities and more dining options to all residents. Residents will also receive a concession card, which includes 10 shuttle trips to or from The Hornby Club and Ashford Retirement Village.

Bupa Ashford Care Home will be located on-site and is currently under construction. The care home will offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care. As a Bupa village resident, you’ll have priority access subject to availability.
