Our activities programme is full of interesting events, outings and entertainment which you are welcome to participate in as you wish. We also offer gender specific activities, such as building projects for the men, and pamper sessions for the ladies. Our residents really enjoy our Mid-Winter Ball and our annual Miss Queen of Stokeswood competition. Mystery outings are another favourite and have included van rides right up to Paraparamu or a visit to the Wellington Botanical Gardens. You can get involved as much or as little as you like - it’s up to you how your spend your day. View times and dates for our upcoming activities.
At the heart of our care, we understand that you are an individual with different likes and dislikes, hobbies and interests. Our carers are passionate about getting to know you and your family in order to learn about you, so that they can provide you with the best person-centred care that meets your needs.
You can arrange a time to visit us. Simply call our Care Home Manager, Trish Bennetts on (04) 562 9060. You're also always welcome to drop in and see us during business hours for a chat.
