A Dementia-Friendly Garden at Hugh Green
The Shannon garden at Hugh Green is a lovely place for our dementia care residents to relax. There are places to sit down and enjoy the flowers and plants. Seats have been designed with the right height and have arm support features. Read about the inspiration and design that helped create this beautiful space.
Regular time off is important for carers – and for their loved ones – so we offer respite care from a day up to several weeks. This helps carers to take a break, knowing that their loved ones are being well cared for.
You can arrange a time to visit us by contacting our Care Home Manager, Ian Dunthorne on (09) 476 1600 and you're always welcome to drop in and see us during business hours for a chat.
