General Terms & Conditions

Bupa’s standard application terms and conditions apply.

Residents eligible under these terms will pay no Service Fees for the ”Assisted Living Base Package” in a one or two bedroom serviced apartment. The assisted living base package includes 10 meals each week (lunch and/or dinner) served in the dining room*, daily bed making, weekly clean, weekly linen laundry, weekly sheet change. The meals are in total, not per resident if there are two of you residing in the serviced apartment.

Additional Service Fees apply for any additional services that are added.
The Offer is only available to new prospective residents (or transferring residents from St Kilda villas) entering an application for an occupation right agreement (ORA) for a Serviced Apartment at Bupa St Kilda Retirement Village.
The Offer is not available to residents entering an ORA for a villa at St Kilda Retirement Village.
To qualify for the Offer during your occupancy, full settlement of the ORA must occur on or prior to 30 June 2026.
This Offer is not transferable to any subsequent ORAs entered into by you pursuant to a transfer to another Bupa village. Offer only applies to qualifying residents continuing to reside in a Serviced Apartment at St Kilda Retirement Village.
The free Services Fee relates only to the Assisted Living Base Package. Any additional services requested by the resident which are not set out in Schedule 5 of the ORA and not covered under the Services Fee remain payable by the resident at Bupa’s standard rates.
Offer is not exchangeable for cash or credit in relation to any unused services. There will be no refund, cash or credit payable where the services have permanently ceased to be provided in accordance with the ORA.
Bupa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or extend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without giving reasons. However, Bupa will honour the terms and conditions in respect of residents who have become eligible under the terms before any such amendment or cancellation by Bupa.
Offer is not transferable and not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount.
