
Now in its 12th year, the Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards honour the country’s most trusted brands — those that consistently go above and beyond to understand and support their customers.
Independent research by Reader’s Digest placed Bupa Retirement Villages at the top of the Retirement Villages category, reflecting excellence across five key service pillars: Personalisation, Understanding the Customer, Ease, Reliability, and Satisfaction.
