Our rooms are a good size and all have a sink. We have lots of cosy corners for you to entertain your friends and family in, or you can sit and chat in one of our large lounge areas.

Our carers are passionate about making your day the best it can be and are always willing to go the extra mile. Individualised cakes for birthdays and anniversaries, plus themed areas for special occasions like Christmas and Halloween are very popular with our residents.
We pride ourselves on the feel of our home – warm, friendly and, above all, relaxed. Our carers get to know you – your preferences and values, hobbies and interests - and we build our care around you and what you like to do.
You can arrange a time to visit us by contacting our Care Home Manager, Sharen Landy on (07) 868 7312 or after hours on 027 237 4581 and you're always welcome to drop in and see us during business hours for a chat.
The Booms proudly holds a 4-year audit (the highest standard achievable) with the Ministry of Health. See for yourself here (pdf, 139kb).
