Five little things – reducing the risk of dementia

On 18 September, Bupa and Alzheimer’s released the World Alzheimer Report 2014. The report indicates there are a number of simple lifestyle changes people can make to reduce their risk of developing dementia in later life.

All by doing just five little things:

  • Look after your heart
  • Be physically active
  • Follow a healthy diet
  • Challenge your brain
  • Enjoy social activity
