*Wellness Clinic: A complimentary wellness clinic run by a Registered Nurse will be available to Residents. Initially this will be as required, but only up to once a week. If the RN has already visited the Village during that week, Residents are advised to contact their local medical centre. However, once the Care Home is constructed it will be on a regular basis of once a week. Dressings and other medical resources may be charged to the Resident (at Bupa Riverstone’s standard rates) as Additional Service Costs.
^Meal Deliveries: Once the Community Centre is constructed (expected to be mid-2019), Bupa Riverstone will arrange for the provision of meals, excluding breakfast, in the Village community dining room if requested by the Resident. Meals will be charged at Bupa Riverstone’s standard rates and separately invoiced to the Resident as Additional Service Costs. Meals delivered to the Resident’s Residential Unit will incur a small delivery charge.
The current plans for the stages of construction for Bupa Riverstone are as follows, but are subject to change at our discretion:
Stage 1: construction of 18 villas. Construction commenced in November 2017 and anticipated completion is in June 2018.
Stage 2A: construction of the Community Centre. Estimated commencement is mid-2018 and anticipated completion is mid-2019.
Stage 2B: construction of the Care Home. Estimated commencement is mid-2018 and anticipated completion is late 2019.
Stage 3: construction of 24 villas. Estimated commencement is 2018, completion dates to be finalised.
Stage 4: construction of 30 villas. Estimated commencement is 2020, completion dates to be finalised.
Village Weekly Charge:
Residents pay a Village Weekly Charge, monthly in advance, which is calculated as a proportion of the cost of the village outgoings. This includes:
- Land rates
- Insurance (excluding your own personal belongings)
- Administration and management of the village
- Provision of all utilities, cleaning and servicing of communal areas
- Provision of domestic rubbish removal service
- Maintenance of village facilities, lawns, gardens, roadways, paths and all common areas
- Provision for long term maintenance
- Exterior window cleaning at least twice a year
- Security patrols
- Weekly transport for shopping
