Community support

We are proud of the extensive network of service providers and community groups we work alongside, to provide a comprehensive and integrated rehabilitation service.

We have close links with mental health service providers, addiction services and other community support groups, and we work closely with each person’s general practitioner.

Our experience
We have over 25 years’ experience working with people with complex injuries and health problems, maximising recovery, managing behavioural issues and helping people be the best they can be.

We pride ourselves on our excellent standard of care, which we maintain by frequent benchmarking of our support and treatments. We also schedule regular facility health checks to ensure we match the auditing standards of the Ministry of Health.

We recently joined the Australasian Rehabilitation Outcome Centre, which enables us to benchmark our services against rehabilitation Centres across Australia and New Zealand. It will also help us to further develop our standards to greater heights and gain international accreditation.

Bupa Rehabilitation is part of the Bupa group of rest homes, hospitals, retirement villages and medical alarms.
