Nominated friends and family will receive texts on important updates about your alarm – straight to their mobile.
They will receive:
• Real time alerts about an emergency.
• Helpful updates on the status of the alarm including: Power levels, Pendant usage, Battery life
Pricing Bupa Friends & Family service This improved service is an extra cost of $15 per month, per family member.

For Bupa customers wanting to subscribe to this service Bupa will upgrade your existing medical alarm unit to a Friends & Family medical alarm unit at no extra cost. For new customers subscribing to this service you will automatically receive the latest Bupa friends and family medical alarm. Price includes GST
