Bed occupancy sensor

This goes underneath the mattress. It’s programmed to alert you if your loved one has left their bed and not returned in a pre-set amount of time (like 10 minutes for a bathroom visit), or hasn’t got out of bed after a certain time in the morning.

Pressure mat sensor

This can be placed in a range of locations, like at the front, back or bathroom door, in front of a favourite chair or beside the bed. Once pressure is detected, you’ll know if your loved one is on the move.

Property Exit Sensor

Triggered by opening a door, unobtrusive sensors can be placed at strategic points in the home. These will automatically raise an alert if your loved one leaves the room or house which automatically notifies the carer, via a personal pager or our 24/7 response centre.

Erica

This alarm is compatible with most residential telecommunication providers, including analogue, digital and VoIP. It connects to your existing telephone system.

Erica GSM

The GSM alarm uses the mobile network to communicate with our response centre, so is used when there is no existing phone line available. If you have Fibre (UFB) this is the recommended alarm to use.

Pendant and Neck Cord

This can be worn around your neck or wrist, it has an easy-to-press button that activates your alarm from anywhere in your home. This comes with the standard cord for wearing the pendant around your neck around your house.

Fall Detector (Waist Worn)

Detects sudden motion with impact and alerts us if you've fallen. You can wear it all the time around the house or in your garden.

Fall Detector (Waterproof Neck Worn)

Uses an accelerometer and barometric pressure to detect and alert us if you’ve fallen. You can wear it all the time around the house, when lying down and even in the shower.

Pressure Switch

A pneumatic pressure pad that can be used instead of a pendant. Ideal if you have limited mobility or dexterity in your hands.

Motion Detector

Can look for activity or inactivity depending on your specific needs.

Smoke Detector

Automatically alerts us at our monitoring centre if smoke is detected.
