If you like to get out and about, we regularly visit places of interest around the area, the local cinema or restaurants for a meal. We have a very diverse team of carers from all over the world so there’s always someone interesting to talk to. We know everyone’s different, which is why we like to get to know you as an individual so that the care we give you can be tailored specifically to how you like things done. When it comes to making decisions about your care, we always speak with you and your family so we can make sure your wishes are respected.
You can arrange a time to visit us by contacting our Care Home Manager, Sandi Davison on (04) 293 6034 or after hours on 027 220 8276 and you're always welcome to drop in and see us during business hours for a chat.
Winara proudly holds a 4-year audit (the highest standard achievable) with the Ministry of Health. You’ll find their latest results here (pdf, 139kb).
