Our staff are warm, welcoming and always willing to stop for a chat. Some of our carers have been here for over ten years, creating a wonderful family atmosphere. They are passionate about getting to know you - where you’ve come from, your likes and dislikes - in order to tailor our care to meet your specific needs.

You can arrange a time to visit us by contacting our Care Home Manager, Kathy Hargreaves on (03) 577 6556 or after hours on 027 222 9412 and you're always welcome to drop in and see us during business hours for a chat.

Waterlea proudly holds a 4-year audit (the highest standard achievable) with the Ministry of Health. See for yourself (pdf, 75kb).
