At Bupa Care Homes we understand that you may not necessarily live close to your loved but we want to ensure that location and time isn’t a barrier to keeping in contact.
Bupa’s care homes have an open door policy, including 24/7 visiting hours. This means that you always have access to your relatives, bearing in mind any needs the resident may have and what is convenient for them.
If visiting isn’t possible, relatives and friends can contact residents in other ways. You can call the home and ask to be put through to your relative. The staff will also be happy to pass on messages either phoned in or via email.
