"I used to dread trying to get to the supermarket and back in 20 minutes. If I was late, Bert would be panicking. Now he just presses his Bupa button and the lovely staff talk with him, make sure he’s OK and call me on my mobile phone. Then they let him know how long I will be. It’s like having another set of hands – and he’s not grumpy when I get home!"
