Resident's Satisfaction Surveys

We place great value on feedback about the service we provide.

We need this feedback - both about the things we do well and the things we could do better - so that we can fix problems or resolve issues – or look at new ways of doing things.

Although staff, residents and relatives are welcome, and indeed encouraged, to provide this feedback on an ongoing basis – once a year we formally request this feedback when we issue our Satisfaction Surveys.

Copies of the Satisfaction Survey results are available at each care home, and are shared with residents, families and staff – but we are also happy to make these results available to you here on the website.

The Satisfaction Survey is confidential - they are not named and we have no way of identifying who completed them. The surveys are generated from the Care Home and the completed surveys are processed and collated centrally in Auckland.

The results are a summary of the satisfaction survey – they will show overall satisfaction rate for this year compared to last year. They contain the actual comments of people who have completed surveys.

They aren’t all perfect - but please be assured that where issues are raised, there is a requirement that the Care Home Manager addresses them promptly.
