How to apply Online
When you see the opportunity that interests you, please take a few minutes to apply online by following the outlined steps and utilising the application form. This won’t take long at all. You are free to attach a copy of your resume, a cover letter and any other relevant documentation that you feel supports your application. It is as easy as that!
Once you have completed and submitted your application, you will receive an acknowledgement email from our recruitment team. This confirms we have received your application. We will follow up with you within 5 days either via email or telephone, with an update on how your application is progressing.
Your Resume
A resume is a reflection of yourself - your skills, your experience, your personality and your ambitions – it’s your personal footprint.
To ensure we have all the relevant details to support your application, please make sure that your resume is complete and up to date. Your resume should reflect your skills and experiences you’ve gained throughout your career so far, and it should provide dates, referees and current contact details. We also suggest that you attach a cover letter, to let us know why you are applying for the role and why you believe your skills meet the requirements of the position.
Interview Process
Interviews are an important part of the hiring process. We perform both telephone interviews and face-to-face interviews.
National Interview Process:
You will be contacted for a brief telephone interview if you have the skills and experience we are looking for to discuss overview of role or if clarification required. Once short listed, we will arrange a mutually convenient time to meet at our premises for the first face-to-face interview. While the interviews are structured, they are relatively informal, offering plenty of opportunity for us to find out more about you, and for you to ask all the questions you need about the role, the team and Bupa Care Services. When you attend your interview please bring along any original copies of qualifications or supporting documents that you outlined in you application.
International Interview Process
We will be in contact with via email if you have the skills and experience we are looking for to discuss overview of role or if clarification required. Once short listed, we will arrange a mutually convenient time to perform a telephone interview. While the interviews are structured, they are relatively informal, offering plenty of opportunity for us to find out more about you, and for you to ask all the questions you need about the role, the team and Bupa Care Services.

Verbal Reference Checking
Verbal references will be completed before offers are extended to successful candidates (written references will not be considered)
We ask you to nominate two referees - previous and current employers (including managers and peers).
Following reference checks, job offers are made to successful candidates.
