Dwayne Crombie - Chief Executive
Dwayne has been Chief Executive since 2006. Prior to that he was CEO of Waitemata Health and then Waitemata District Health Board from 2001 onwards.
Dwayne holds MBCHb, and D Com H, both from the University of Otago, FNZPHM - Fellow of NZ Public Health Medicine College, as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Auckland.

Robin Skeggs - Chief Financial Officer
Robin joined Bupa Care Services in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that Robin held a number of senior financial roles.
Robin holds a BCom (Hons) in Accounting and Finance, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of NZ.

Margaret Owens - General Manager Independent Living
Margaret joined Bupa Care Services in 2007, after notching up more than 15 years of experience in the retirement village industry. She was appointed as General Manager of Retirement Villages in 2009 - responsible for overseeing 16 retirement villages.
Margaret is a qualified RN with a BBus and PGrad Dip in Business Administration, and she has sat on the Board of the Retirement Villages Association of New Zealand since 2004.

Grainne Moss - General Manager Care Homes
Grainne Moss joined Bupa Care Services in September 2007 and has a background in Healthcare management. Grainne is responsible for the overall running of 45 care homes and hospitals.
She has a BSc from Liverpool University and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne,Switzerland.

Julia Wiegandt-Goude - General Manager Human Resources
Julia joined BUPA in October 2011, further to holding a number of senior HR Local Government roles in New Zealand, including General Manager, HR for Auckland Regional Council. Prior to coming to New Zealand, Julia had worked for 18 years in the National Health Service in the UK, culminating in the role of HR Director for a large Mental Health Foundation Trust.
Julia holds a Bsc in Psychology from the University of Newcastle and a PGradDip in HR Management from Thames Valley University. Julia is a member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD), a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CMCIPD) and a member of the HR Institute of New Zealand (MHRINZ).

Gina Langlands - General Manager Quality & Risk
Gina has been General Manager of Care Services, ensuring quality and compliance, since 2006. Gina is a state registered nurse and registered sick children's nurse (with Obstetrics) as well as having been a member of a variety of New Zealand health and quality committees.
