Grainne Moss - Managing Director
Grainne Moss joined Bupa Care Services in September 2007 and has a background in Healthcare management. Grainne and her team are passionate about supporting New Zealanders at every stage of their life including living independently in their own home, aged care and rehabilitation.
She has a BSc from Liverpool University and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Robin Skeggs - Finance Director
Robin joined Bupa Care Services in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that Robin held a number of senior financial roles.

Margaret Owens - Director Independent Living
Margaret joined Bupa Care Services in 2007, after notching up 17 years experience in the retirement village industry. She was appointed as General Manager of Independent Living in 2009 - responsible for overseeing 18 retirement villages.
Margaret is a qualified Registered Nurse with a BBS and PGrad Dip in Business Administration, and is the new President of the New Zealand Retirement Villages Association (RVA). Margaret is no stranger to the retirement village business, there were only six retirement villages in NZ when she started in 1990. As she has held several positions in the industry and has been on the RVA Executive Committee for 8 years Margaret is very equipped for the job.

Grainne Moss - Acting Director Rehab and Care Homes
Grainne Moss is currently the acting Director of Rehab and Care Homes a role that she managed prior to taking over as Managing Director. This business unit consists of 47 care homes and hospitals and a brain injury rehabilitation service.

Julia Wiegandt-Goude - People Director
Julia joined Bupa in October 2011, further to holding a number of senior HR Local Government roles in New Zealand, including General Manager, HR for Auckland Regional Council. Prior to coming to New Zealand, Julia had worked for 18 years in the National Health Service in the UK, culminating in the role of HR Director for a large Mental Health Foundation Trust.
Julia holds a Bsc in Psychology from the University of Newcastle and a PGradDip in HR Management from Thames Valley University. Julia is a member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD), a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CMCIPD) and a member of the HR Institute of New Zealand (MHRINZ).

Gina Langlands - Director Quality and Risk
Gina has been a General Manager with Bupa since 2006. An executive level RN - she has wide area of responsibilities in her current position which include clinical governance, professional development of nurses, business continuity and quality and risk management.
Gina has extensive experience in residential aged care, dementia care and quality improvement. She is committed to raising the profile of nurses working in this challenging and skilled area.
