Clinical care

At Bupa, we believe in being transparent about the care we provide – and we believe it is great care.  

We would all like to think that these incidents don’t happen in care homes – but the reality of life for frail older people, often with multiple medical conditions, is that things such as falls and wound infections do happen – whether in their own homes or in other care.

Each month, we collect information about any incidents, and work together to learn from this to improve our care.
