That way, we are in a position to provide exactly the help you want and need.

It’s important that you feel free to push your Bupa alarm button at any time – without the feeling that every alert will result in an ambulance arriving at your door.

When you press your alarm button, you will talk with a real person.  They will keep talking with you until help arrives.  And if an ambulance is the help you need, we’ll make sure your important contact people know where you have gone.
